Company Expands Leadership Team, Aligns Organization for Continued Growth

KNOXVILLE, Tenn., January 19, 2016—Fiveworx (, a digital customer engagement software and services company for the energy sector, today announced the promotion of Laura Orfanedes to Chief Strategy Officer, and Jamie Lalos to Vice President of Customer Success.

In her role in the newly created Chief Strategy Officer position, Ms. Orfanedes will be responsible for new business development and sales, competitive assessments and marketplace evaluations, company positioning, strategic partnerships, and existing business expansion. Ms. Orfanedes previously served as Fiveworx Vice President of Customer Success.

As Vice President of Customer Success, Ms. Lalos will be responsible for all of Fiveworx post-sales client implementations, including overall project management, customer onboarding and support, oversight of professional services, training, and support teams, product development coordination, and the optimization of client success and satisfaction. Ms. Lalos previously served as Fiveworx Director of Customer Engagement.
